The WOTR Data Management System is a web-based platform to securely store, categorise, manage and disseminate documents, videos and stories from three decades of watershed and climate adaptation work across India.
Why this platform exists
WOTR is implementing the Data Management System under the activity head "Development of Data Management System to serve as a Repository and Hub of knowledge and skills related to Ecosystem based Adaptation", part of the Integrated Water Resources Development and Promotion of Ecosystem-based Adaptation programme.
The platform rationalises data processes, improves accessibility, enhances collaboration with stakeholders, and provides scalable storage with enhanced data security, compliance, backup and disaster recovery.
It is supported by Honeywell Hometown Solutions Foundation, India.
